Set your browser to portrait and turn background graphics off — the sheet is drawn in lines, so it prints the same on A4 and US Letter.
A blank Spades score sheet, drawn in lines rather than printed as a picture — so it comes out crisp on any printer, on A4 or US Letter, without a grey box anywhere. Set the number of columns to match your table, up to 6, and print. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up to.
What the columns are
Each player gets two boxes per round: what they bid, and what they actually made. Recording only the result makes the sheet impossible to check afterwards, which is when arguments happen — with both numbers written down, anybody can re-do the arithmetic for the hand in question.
Before you print
| Players | 2–6 |

Or let it add up for you
The same sheet works in the browser, on the phone you are holding, adding itself up as you go — and every house rule your table argues about is a switch that recalculates a game already in progress. Paper is better when the battery is the problem; the screen is better when the arithmetic is.

Keep score offline
The sheet above works in your browser. Cardzo for iPhone remembers your players, survives a closed tab, and works in a field with no signal.
