Refund policy
Cardzo is free, in full. There is no price, no in-app purchase, no subscription and no advertising, so there is nothing to refund. This page exists so that the answer is written down, and so that it is clear what would apply if that ever changed.
Today
The app costs nothing to download and nothing to use. Every feature, including ranked play and game nights, is free. The website, its score sheets and its tools are free. We never ask for payment details, and nobody can be charged for using Cardzo.
If Cardzo ever sells something
Any paid feature would be sold only through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, as Apple requires for iPhone apps. That means:
- Apple, not we, takes the payment and issues the receipt, and Apple’s refund rules apply. A refund of an App Store purchase is requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your purchase history in the App Store app; Apple decides and pays refunds.
- If you live in the EU or the UK, consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. That right is also exercised through Apple.
- A subscription, if one ever existed, could be cancelled at any time in your iPhone’s Settings under Subscriptions, and would run until the end of the period already paid for.
- We would say what is paid and what it costs before you buy, inside the app and on this page, with no hidden fees and no charge that starts without a clear choice from you.
